Supplies:
- See thru ruler junior T square 12” available at Blick in Glendale $3.00 and other stores.
- Be sure to buy soft, NOT OIL, pastels. Half sticks are great, about 15 to 24 colors, a beginner set.

Windsor-Newton Professional Soft Pastels set of 15
Locally, Dick Blick in Glendale has Dick Blick Patels set of 12, add a few individual Dick Blick sticks to have more shades.
I will provide the paper for the workshop and glassine if you wish to preserve your piece. To those who wish to upgrade to best quality pastel paper, bring $5 for 12” X 15 1/2” single sheet.
To Register for a Class:
Please register and pay for a class at least one week ahead so instructors have a list of students and can prepare. Class sizes are limited.
- Use our secure website to pay for membership and classes using Venmo, Debit/Credit card, or Paypal.
- Mail checks to: Palo Verde Artists, 14801 N. 103rd Ave, Sun City, AZ 85372. Check payments must be received one week before the start of the class or workshop session.
- Bring a check to the club room and fill out the envelope for the desired class. Place your check in the provided envelope at least ONE WEEK before class, and put it in the drop box.
Classes are non-refundable on or after the first day of class unless the instructor cancels the class, then you will receive a refund.
